Signing in

Enter your email and the six-digit one-time code from the message. There is no separate registration flow: a free account is created automatically on first sign-in.

Using VolleyPoint without an account

You can run matches without registration. Guest data stays only on the device and cannot be restored if the device is lost.

No internet connection

The scorekeeper continues to work locally. When connectivity returns, the app displays synchronization status and sends saved changes to the server.

Location

Location permission is optional and is only used to fill in the venue automatically. The venue can always be entered manually.

Deleting an account

Open Settings → Account and cloud → Delete account and confirm the action.

When contacting support

Include a description, device model, operating system and VolleyPoint version. Never send a one-time sign-in code.
