More than the final score
The score records the rally result. Statistics add the reason and, when entered, the player responsible. Statistics can be enabled independently of lineups; a complete roster is not required just to track point reasons.
- Winning actions: attack, block and ace.
- Errors: service, attack, reception and other errors.
- Player attribution is optional; selecting an individual requires a roster.
Tap the player on the court
Enable both statistics and lineups for quick court entry. After you tap +1, the point is already saved. The court temporarily shows positions before rotation so you can select a participant in the rally that just ended.
- Select a player on the winning team for an attack or block. Ace is available for the player who served.
- Select a player on the losing team for an error, then specify the error if needed.
- Saving closes the action dialog and returns to the lineup. Skipping attribution keeps the point.
Review the match
The statistics section summarizes each team's points by the reasons you recorded. The score history follows rallies, while the event log retains actions and attributed players. Match reports include set results and the event log.
- Only entered information is counted; play is not recognized automatically.
- Unspecified points are not silently classified as attacks or errors.
- Updating the last point's attribution does not award another point.
Getting started
- Open Matches, create a match and enable Statistics.
- To select players on court, add rosters, enable Lineup and set starting positions.
- Award the point, select the player and action, or skip attribution.
- Review Statistics, score history and the event log.
Example workflow
Player 7 wins a point on serve. Tap +1 for that team, then player 7 and Ace. For an opponent's attack error, select the opponent and Attack error. The score does not increase a second time.
Important limitations
This is manual recording of point-ending actions, not video analysis of every contact. It is not automatic reception grading, efficiency analysis of every attack or comprehensive season-long player analytics. Page visits are tracked separately.
